For more than 20 years our staff members are specialized to create solutions attuned to the use of mechanical pressure switches and pressure controllers. A wide variety of various series is at hand to meet this objective. We offer equipment with high accuracy, with one or more switching contacts, miniature pressure switches for vacuum or high pressure applications. Overall, control pressure switches are available in 9 different sizes for applications from 10 mbar up to 400 bar. Approvals are held for ship and offshore use (DNV GL), firefighting equipment (VdS) and for intrinsically safe circuits in chemical and mining industries (ATEX).

Automated conveyor systems are essential in today’s automotive production. Electric monorail systems (EMS) are proven transport solutions for material flow in manufacturing and assembly, making them ideal for intralogistics and automotive applications. To ensure precise positioning, a reliable control system is required. The VAHLE VCS1 control system meets all demands for connecting conveyor technology. It supports various communication methods between stationary and mobile components, including half-wave and rail bus. With a power class up to 1.5 kW and multiple interface options, VCS1 is suitable for diverse applications. It offers integrated functions for positioning and distance control. Function libraries allow easy integration into plant PLCs for process and diagnostic data communication. Drive parameters are configured via VAHLE’s intuitive in-house software. All parameters and vehicle data are stored on an externally accessible data plug, enabling fast replacement without reconfiguration. Additional components include an electronic magnetic field detector for EMS systems, detecting magnet polarity and movement direction. Status and operating data are shown on a built-in graphic display. For setup and diagnostics, an infrared remote control is available. Optional modules such as curve block and separation block controls enhance safety and prevent voltage carry-over at conductor transitions. Combined with VAHLE’s energy supply (vPOWER), positioning (vPOS), and data transmission (vCOM) modules, VCS1 is available as a complete system solution for efficient and future-ready conveyor automation.

TPC 300 is a multi-functional controller for controlling and monitoring thermoelectric coolers and dehumidifiers. In addition to various control programs, there are extensive monitoring options and a serial interface for communication. Temperature and humidity in the control enclosure are regulated. The function of the fans, the Peltier elements and the internal temperature are monitored. Two more temperature sensors can be placed, for example on one of the heat sinks and also used for monitoring.

Stopping the workpiece carrier for a change of direction Corner dampers gently cushion the workpiece pallet and take over the infeed and outfeed of the workpiece pallets from a transverse to a longitudinal section and vice versa. It has been developed for harsh environmental conditions with chips, dirt and dust and effectively prevents foreign bodies from entering the cable space. The optimized geometry of the chain links makes the carrier very stable, with a large unsupported length. The integrated damping system makes it very quiet. The carrier series is not just remarkable for its technical attributes, but also for its visual design, with its impressive style and functionality. For example, the almost completely smooth side band contour of the individual chain links presents hardly any gap through which foreign bodies could penetrate. With the UMB connectors you can connect the UAT1555 easily from above, from below or at the front. The optional C-rails and LineFix saddle-type clamps allow the cables to be fixed securely and simply.
