The Z+F AM UP6 is an electropneumatic stripper-crimper for the efficient processing of loose insulated wire ferrules. The machine can process nine cross-sections ranging from 0.25 mm² to 6 mm² and crimp lengths from 6 to 12 mm. The machine is characterized by its robustness, optimized setup times, and integration capabilities into other fully or semi-automated systems equipped with superior, intelligent software, such as the Z+F Wire Processing Center (WPC).

The Z+F EVOCRIMP is an electric stripper-crimper. This machine allows the universal and reliable processing of Z+F ferrules from 0.5 up to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14). The compact and reliable design fits into the „EVO-Line“.

By feeding up to 12 conductors it is possible to sequentially process complex projects in a simple and effective way. The automatic feeding process makes manual interference obsolete and allows the processing of different cross-sections or colors according to the respective planning. This is very time-saving for the overall process, as individual jobs and projects can be processed automatically.

The electrically driven wire stripping machine offers precise and convenient processing in the range of 0.05 – 6.00 mm² (AWG 30 – 10). It combines a compact design with intelligent control and high user-friendliness.

The laser scanners of the Z+F IMAGER® 5024 series, which are available in the Essential, Advanced and Supreme model variants, are developed for newcomers and experienced users in the surveying field. They all impress with their high data quality, user-friendliness and speed. All devices are compatible with the Z+F FlexScan® 22 system and the new Z+F TopCam.

The Zeta 620 G2 assembly machine provides wires on two process models fully equipped for control cabinet construction – including labeling and terminals. Manual processes take time and require properly trained personnel. The Zeta 620 wire processing machine simplifies the wire assembly process. It produces complete parts lists fully automatically and sorts and labels the cables so that they only need to be laid in the control cabinet. With modules, the process is adapted to your needs and up to 24 cable types and up to seven different ferrules are processed without changeover. The processing parameters are converted with TopConvert and sent directly to the machine at the Komax interface WPCS. This also eliminates the need to program articles manually.

Different materials can be detected with the same configuration ZP-L with wide dynamic range and OMRON’s unique sensing algorithms, can stably detect with same configuration a wide range of workpieces, from black polished, which reflect little light, to metal workpieces, which reflect a lot of light. Reliable measurements in motion When measuring moving workpieces, laser displacement sensors are impacted by workpiece surface conditions, and variations in measurement values may exceed the resolution set forth in their specifications. ZP-L provides reliable measurement even in motion. Intuitive user interface requiring no manuals ZP-L amplifier units are equipped with OLED displays providing clear visualization, which allows easy-to-understand menu displays that saves the time of searching through manuals.
