Temperature control is crucial in many industrial sectors to ensure product quality, improve process efficiency, and save energy. The temperature sensors detect the process temperature, convert it into an electrical signal, and transmit this signal to the temperature controller. The controller monitors temperature changes in real time. Based on the signal from the temperature sensor, the controller compares the setpoint temperature with the actual temperature, analyzes any deviations, and sends corresponding control signals to the actuators. The actuators—such as heating and cooling elements—adjust their power output according to these signals, thereby regulating the temperature.
