Robot-Vision – Bin picking in a new way Our Bin Picking System delivers the perfect combination of hardware & software. The newly developed 3D search uses four separate cameras to create a 3D image - so optimal results can be achieved without dead zones. As a result, your components are stably detected, regardless of position or orientation. The automatic calculation of the optimal robot path incl. gripper significantly reduces the time required to create robot programmes. At the same time, stable operation can be guaranteed. The Robotics License is aimed at beginners and those interested in fully exploiting the potential of robots. Our target groups include machine operators, skilled workers, technicians, planners, students, and designers. In short: The Robotics License is a qualification for anyone involved in robotics. The curricula are modular in structure. Our goal is to create a uniform and verifiable level of competence for all training participants.

Also well suited for use on older machines, e.g., conventional lathes, milling machines, or punching machines, or on measuring devices. An output motion faithful to input control commands can be attained by achieving zero-backlash with our unique preloaded mechanism. This is a revolutionary Ultra Small FA motion control unit, which combines rolling transmission for high-efficiency and elimination of wear, an orthogonal layout of input and output axes for greater compactness, and standard features like a hollow shaft for greater ease-of-use. Maintenance free Since there is no deterioration in the precision of the internal parts due to aging, and the unit has excellent durability, there is no need for periodic calibration or adjustment. The roller drive is the ultimate rotary high-performance positioning device that applies a roller gearcam mechanism in a structure with excellent precision, rigidity, and durability. The DVL/DVE series is based on the filter fan series LV and provides a wide variety of low-cost solutions for roof-mounted ventilation. The hood features labyrinth-pattern air ducts to prevent the ingress of dust and water. Easy fitting without tools; simply remove the hood for easy filter replacement from outside. Available in 2 sizes fitted with different fans, or as roof ventilator DVE without fan. DVE ventilator can also be combined with LV filter fans.
