Our BIS identification solutions offer you the key technology to meet the essential requirements of modern manufacturing. RFID technology allows for the unambiguous assignment and traceability of objects and products within your company. RFID systems are used to make all production steps transparent and traceable, thus forming a crucial component for fulfilling the requirements of modern manufacturing and maintaining complete control over all data. For unambiguous identification and immediate traceability, a data carrier (RFID transponder) is attached to the object to be identified, acting as a memory. The data is transmitted between the RFID transponder and the read/write head (reader) and then forwarded to the controller via the evaluation unit or an IO-Link network module. Our RFID solutions are compatible with virtually any standard controller, and the evaluation units support all frequency ranges. And that is precisely what makes RFID so special – the contactless exchange of information between the RFID transponder and the reader.

It is made in the RONTRON-R-JUWEL design and includes a RGB-SMD LED. Besides the option to choose between 7 colours, the illumination uniformity and the depth of colour have become even more homogeneous and intense. The standard colours are white, red, green, blue, yellow, magenta and cyan, but it is possible to access the whole RGB colour range, using a PWM signal (pulse width modulation). The pilot light is easily connected via the SMD flat clamp, just inserting the cable. The clamp ensures the connection and keeps the cable in place. A safety diode protects the LED against damage in case of improper connection of the cable. The new RGB pilot light is made for 22.3 mm mounting holes and fulfils IP65, being dust and waterproof. It is designed for an operating voltage of 24V and a max. amperage of 50mA, having an operating temperature range of -30°C to 70°C.

A new lightning fast platform for power distribution RiLineX from Rittal is a newly developed, open platform for power distribution systems. A click system of boards and components simplifies the previously laborious process of assembling power distribution systems in enclosures. The end result is a time saving of up to 30 percent in engineering and 50 percent in assembly compared to conventional busbar systems. A further advantage is that RiLineX boosts sustainability by reducing plastic waste and increasing decentralised supply opportunities, with fewer shipments of heavy copper required. The innovative solution has been declared a winner by the German Design Award 2025 for its product design.

The RJ45 network sockets meet the latest standards for data transmission rates and are available in socket-socket or socket-cable variants with male connector. Tested up to category 6 (10 Gb/s), they are the ideal solution for modern high-tech applications, in which machinery must be connected to company networks and process large files. The RJ45 sockets are available with a full shielding option for front and rear connection as well as with simple shielding on the output cable (the latter only for versions with rear cable connection). Effective internal shielding is useful in the event of any electromagnetic interference, which can disturb or compromise the quality of data transmission. Created to be used under the harshest environmental conditions, the RJ45 sockets have an IP67 degree of protection and are guaranteed by the integrated protection cap and the shaped ring at the base of the device which prevent the accumulation of dirt or other residues.

RK Easywork – workstation systems tailored individually to your production process Ergonomics and the optimum coordination of all workflows are key features of the height-adjustable RK Easywork workstation systems from RK Rose+Krieger. This protects the well-being of employees and increases productivity. The requirements of a manual workstation system are numerous, especially in the area of small and medium-sized series. RK LIGHTUNIT-G / TELESCOPE SLIDE GUIDE New slide guides with individual positioning RK Rose+Krieger is expanding its range of single-tube linear actuators for easy manual adjustment with the addition of the RK LightUnit-G and RK LightUnit-G telescope slide guides. The special characteristics of the new aluminium linear actuators are the adjustable latching position of the carriage or guide tube, lightweight construction, corrosion resistance and simple installation using just a single tool. The RK LightUnit spindle-driven, single-tube linear actuator is designed specifically for easy manual adjustment. It has an aluminium spindle and plastic slide bearing, which make for a lightweight construction, allowing the carriage to be moved with a minimum of force required. RK Rose+Krieger is now adding extra versions of these single-tube linear actuators to its range, in the form of the RK LightUnit-G and RK LightUnit-G telescopeslide guides, with adjustable latching positions.

Maximum stability and flexible alignment for loads of up to 60 kg – the RK stand system, which now forms part of the RK Rose+Krieger standard range, offers it all! RKX SOFTWARE – one interface, countless possibilities Control configuration made easy With its RKX software, RK Rose+Krieger makes it easier for users of the MultiControl II drive controller to configure individual control profiles. Instead of using hand switches, the system can be operated conveniently and much quicker from a PC. The RKX software, together with the RKX interface (cable), provides you with numerous different options for interaction with your controller. Alongside the main functions explained in the following, you can also view the run time to date, the current temperature of the controller, the number of positioning movements completed and much more.
