At XY-stages Series RQ the two sliding parts (interior- and exterior part) are supported by cross rollers. This shows positive effects to the frictional property and precision. The sliding parts can be produced in grey cast iron (standard). Other materials upon request. The XY-stages are available with one or two axis.

The Z+F AM UP6 is an electropneumatic stripper-crimper for the efficient processing of loose insulated wire ferrules. The machine can process nine cross-sections ranging from 0.25 mm² to 6 mm² and crimp lengths from 6 to 12 mm. The machine is characterized by its robustness, optimized setup times, and integration capabilities into other fully or semi-automated systems equipped with superior, intelligent software, such as the Z+F Wire Processing Center (WPC).

The Z+F EVOCRIMP is an electric stripper-crimper. This machine allows the universal and reliable processing of Z+F ferrules from 0.5 up to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14). The compact and reliable design fits into the „EVO-Line“.

By feeding up to 12 conductors it is possible to sequentially process complex projects in a simple and effective way. The automatic feeding process makes manual interference obsolete and allows the processing of different cross-sections or colors according to the respective planning.
