autinityVC is a software for vibration analysis to evaluate data from vibration sensors during the ongoing production, to compare them with stored reference values and respond in case of nonconformities immediately. The objective is to check all parts processed in the machine across all work steps and manufacturing sequences, and this in real time during the production. Product details: - Compatible with all standard PLC systems and the most varied sensor types, independently of the machine manufacturer: - Web user interface: Simply open autinityVC in your browser. - The commissioning is accompanied by a basic training course. Further training courses can be booked as necessary. Automated pallet truck Linde L-MATIC core
The automated L-MATIC core pallet stacker was specially developed for use in tight spaces. With a load capacity of 1.2 metric tons and a maximum lift height of 1.84 meters (storage height: 1.78 meters), this pallet stacker is suitable for standard applications including ground transport, conveyor belt use, and storage and retrieval at low levels. Due to its compact design and an aisle width of less than 2.5 meters, transporting goods in narrow aisles is no problem, while 360-degree safety scanners ensure maximum safety while working. Thanks to the Linde MATIC:move software, commissioning the L-MATIC core is a speedy process for smaller fleets. To help companies keep pace with increasing automation, the MATIC:move+ software also makes it easy to integrate the truck into larger fleets. Compact and easy to put into service, the L-MATIC core is the perfect way to automate standard transport tasks in existing facilities that were previously carried out by manually controlled trucks. The automated guided vehicles can also be used in mixed-mode operating environments with manual devices.
