Three size categories and maximum flexibility There are three size categories (MINI, MIDI and MAXI) to choose from in combination with optical/acoustic signalling options and ingenious mounting adapters. These cover all types of application – and with significantly fewer variants. - EvoSIGNAL MINI offers ‘close-range’ solutions. This small signal device is ideal for signalling over short distances. - EvoSIGNAL MIDI was designed for signalling predominantly over medium distances and allows optical, optical-acoustic or purely acoustic signalling. - EvoSIGNAL MAXI covers long distances that require an attention-grabbing optical signal.

For this reason, PFLITSCH offers a comprehensive range of cable glands that covers a wide variety of requirements and aspects. All cable glands are certified in accordance with the current ATEX directive (ATEX=Atmosphère explosive) for the application areas G (Gas) and D (Dust) in equipment class II and in the ignition protection types e (increased safety) and d (flameproof enclosure). Different versions are available if special protection against electromagnetic interference or a hygiene-compliant design is also required.

Safe contact extension - Now with UL approval The extension module RK 6929 from the SAFEMASTER series offers up to two separately controllable forcibly guided relays in a compact enclosure with a width of only 17.5 mm and is used to decouple the control and power levels as well as for contact reinforcement. As an output extension for signals from safety control systems (OSSD), the RK 6929 switches actuators reliably and potential-free. The extension module can be used in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in applications for firing systems in accordance with EN 50156-1. For use in the application area of EN 61010-1, the clearances and creepage distances between mains circuits and touchable voltages as well as between mains circuits are dimensioned according to double insulation. - Space-saving in the switch cabinet due to a width of only 17.5 mm - Control also with safety-related semiconductor outputs - With UL approval available - Interface type C class 1 (CB24I)

Flexible extension of safety circuits The extension module XF 6929 from the SAFEMASTER series enables reliable and flexible extension of safety circuits. With front-side contact via cage clamp terminals and a wide voltage range of DC 8 - 36 V, it offers high installation convenience and versatile application options. Safety switching devices with semiconductor outputs, such as BWS, emergency stop or OSSD systems, can be expanded with potential-free relay contacts using the XF 6929.
