This electronic module controls hydraulic axes via an integrated fieldbus interface. It supports position control with digital position measurement (SSI interface) or analog sensors, as well as autonomous or alternating force or pressure control. Setpoints and control signals are sent via the fieldbus, while status and actual values are reported back. The differential output is designed for continuous valves, and the system monitors errors and states internally. A READY message is available via fieldbus and hardware output. Parameterization is carried out via USB and the WPC-300 software with oscilloscope function or alternatively via the bus interface. The new 3-jaw universal centric gripper CGS3 is the perfect addition to the CGS portfolio. Just like the 2-jaw universal parallel gripper CGS2, the CGS3 series is universally applicable and, thanks to 8 sizes with 90 different versions, offers the right gripper for almost any application. A robust T-slot sliding guide in combination with lubricant pockets in the housing as well as compatibility with any commercially available magnetic and inductive sensor make the new CGS3 centric gripper an attractive component for robotic applications. Round workpieces weighing up to 35 kg can be handled without any problems - and with a finger length of up to 280 mm.

The removable control modules AD-VarioControl are used to display measured values of a base device (transmitter, isolation amplifiers ...) with a relevant interface. After plugging in, which is also possible during operation of the base device without restrictions, the basic device is automatically read out and the corresponding measured value is displayed. In addition to the display function, access to the parameters and controller functions of the basic device is also possible. The parameter settings can be loaded into the control panel using the backup function and can be restored on a different base device of the same type. Establishment of a transmitter is usually necessary only once in the operating period of a device, therefore a display and operating elements are not permanently necessary for each device. By using the AD-VarioControl in connection with compatible basic equipment, operating elements and displays on each individual device can be dispensed with. This way, the installed devices are tamper-proof and more cost-effective. The AD-VarioConnect has a fieldbus interface with the protocol Modbus-RTU via RS485. All measured values of the basic units are available above this.
