Various types of sensors used for a wide range of applications, such as presence/absence or differentiation of parts. Photoelectric sensors: Presence detection of test objects by means of LED light source. Photoelectric sensors are used for presence detection or part discrimination. Distance- or intensity-based detection makes it possible to distinguish between weakly reflective objects as well as highly reflective objects (e.g. metals). Fibre optic sensors: Fast and reliable detection using fibre optics for a wide range of applications. The fibre optic sensors are particularly user-friendly and easy to operate. The large selection of fibre optics means that the right sensor can be found for every application and environmental condition. Laser Sensors: Large Detection Distance for Presence Detection Using Visible Focused Laser Light Beam. KEYENCE has a variety of laser sensors that can detect components based on intensity or distance. Depending on the model, the sensors are available as all-in-one or with a separate evaluation unit. Inductive sensors: Presence detection of ferrous and non-ferrous metal objects. The fast, high-precision detection enables 24-hour monitoring of plants and products and prevents the production of rejects from the outset. Network communication units: Monitor and control sensors via Profinet, EtherNet/IP™, EtherCAT and other protocols. By using KEYENCE network communication units, you simplify the integration of sensor data into the machine control system and can reduce the wiring effort. By comparing multiple processes in parallel, it is possible to detect potential problems before they occur.

Sensorless standstill monitor UG 9146
Sensorless standstill monitoring The sensorless standstill monitor UG 9146 from the VARIMETER series is used for sensorless monitoring of electric motors for standstill. This means sensors such as encoders or proximity switches are not required. The standstill monitor measures the induced voltage of the coasting motor. If the induced voltage approaches 0, this means motor standstill for the device and the output relay is activated. With a width of only 22.5 mm, the UG 9146 can be installed in switch cabinets with limited space as well as in retrofit applications. - Simple retrofitting as sensorless - No external initiators required - Space-saving in the switch cabinet due to a width of only 22.5 mm

SentroBlender
The SentroBlender is a compact unit operation simulator for method development with minimal material usage. It is fully compatible with the SentroPAT BU II and SentroPAT DA NIR process spectrometers. The device features a 4-inch hygienic flange with sapphire windows, identical to those in standard process equipment. With consistent optical properties, methods developed on the SentroBlender can be seamlessly transferred to production-scale equipment. Its ability to perform precise quantitative analyses using just a few grams of material makes it ideal for rapid, resource-efficient NIR method development.

Serie PD-23X differential pressure transmitters
The differential pressure transmitters of the PD-23X series are suitable for 'wet/wet' applications. They have a single silicon diaphragm in their interior, which is pressurised from both sides and measures the pressure difference directly. This design enables them to measure small pressure differences even at an extremely high line pressure. The transmitters use digital compensation with a mathematical model to achieve high accuracy of 0,1 %FS.

Series 26 | A Round Thing
Go for the round ones! Our 26s are ideal for processes with dirt or build-up due to their innovative design and electrode structure. The semicircular active surface is 50 % larger than other standard designs and thus enables safe and reliable level detection. The 26s are media-optimised, i.e. the various dielectric constant (DK) of the different media is irrelevant for detection. We only use high-quality materials such as PEEK & PTFE for this series. Both materials have a very good chemical resistance and abrasion resistance and are also FDA compliant according to 21 CFR 177.1550. The round ones are mainly used in the semiconductor, chemical and food industries.

Series PD-33X differential pressure transmitters
The differential pressure transmitters of the PD-33X series are suitable for 'wet/wet' applications. They have a single silicon diaphragm in their interior, which is pressurised from both sides and measures the pressure difference directly. This design enables them to measure small pressure differences even at an extremely high line pressure. The transmitters use digital compensation with a mathematical model to achieve exceptional accuracy of 0,05 %FS – in the temperature range from 10 to 40 °C, this value even corresponds to the total error band.
