While the focus is primarily on the Lusatia region, the research findings and resulting services are transferable to all other regions as well.

The association aims to promote science and research by implementing research projects in the field of ergonomics and by supporting projects for school and university students to strengthen the next generation of scientists.

Furthermore, the association continues events such as the cooperation exchange, further develops proven PAL (Practical Applied Learning) formats, and offers workshops through the Ergonomics Academy.
