About us

The aim of the joint project PerspektiveArbeit Lausitz (PAL) is to actively support the structural change in the Lausitz mining region. For this purpose, the local companies and municipal companies from various sectors are enabled to increase their competitiveness and flexibility by means of human-centered work research in connection with AI-based solutions.
The interdisciplinary competence center PerspektiveArbeit Lausitz (PAL) designed for this purpose will strengthen regional application research and intensification of knowledge and technology transfer in Lusatia through its regional, cross-industry demonstration centers in the form of living, learning, innovation and mobile labs as well as its further training activities Create germ cells for new centers of applied research in the region.
