ModPCB - AI-based Worker Guidance system

ModPCB is a camera-based worker guidance system that provides step-by-step instructions for assembly while inspecting every assembly step and every component. This allows errors to be identified as soon as they occur and corrected immediately.
Thanks to the native integration of AI, ModPCB covers a wide range of applications. These include, among others, the inspection of THT-assembled circuit boards, cables, screw connections, or any type of order picking work.
In ModPCB, test programs are based on AI models that can be created using the in-house AI building tool ModOFFICE. The AI models are trained using images taken directly from the production line. This allows even the smallest defects to be detected without generating false positives.
Thanks to its compact design, ModPCB integrates seamlessly into existing production lines. A range of add-ons such as lighting, a augmented reality projector and pick-by-light systems, as well as the integration of external hardware like industrial screwdrivers, further enhances compatibility.
Like all Vision4Quality software, ModPCB is based on the no-code principle. Creating test programs, executing them, and reading production data is intuitive and requires no programming.
