Environmentally friendly powder coating

In our semi-automated continuous coating system from Wurster Oberflächentechnik, we can degrease, phosphate and powder coat housings and sheet metal parts with dimensions of up to 3000 x 1200 x 800 (W x H x D).

Parts exceeding these dimensions are coated in collaboration with partners where necessary.

We also usually apply the primer as a powder coating.

Powder coating offers a number of advantages over wet painting. Powder coating is more durable and cost-effective to apply. The solvent-free application is also environmentally friendly.

To ensure consistent quality control, cross-section analysis, coating thickness measurement, punch testing and visual inspection are carried out regularly.
