The new <b>modular safety relay myPNOZ </b> is produced individually according to your requirements in batch size 1. An easy-to-use device that’s flexible in application and boasts clever features, it ensures reliable monitoring of your safety functions. The modular safety relay impresses due to <b>tailor-made safety </b> and its clever product features. It consists of a head module and a maximum of eight expansion modules and ensures <b>safe monitoring </b> of 2 to 16 input functions such as emergency stop, safety gates, safety light barriers, two-hand IIIA/C controls and enabling switches. Whether you’d like to protect a small application with just two safe input functions or larger applications with up to 16 input functions. <b>The modular relay myPNOZ </b> covers a wide range of applications and can be used on almost any automated plant. Its simple handling and modular design mean the modular relay is flexibly <b>adaptable </b> and <b>expandable </b> at all times. <h6> Three steps to your modular safety relay: <br> You create </h6>With the user-friendly <b>myPNOZ Creator </b>, you simply create your individual myPNOZ. PSENopt light curtain portfolio from Pilz prevents an unintended restart - Managing lockout efficiently and safely
<b>With PSENopt II lockout, a restart interlock is now available for the PSENopt II light curtain range from Pilz. This prevents the machine from restarting unintentionally, during maintenance work within danger zones for example. There is no need for additional safety sensors, immediately making a visual inspection of the danger point superfluous. So PSENopt II lockout represents not only a safe but also an economical, easy-to-use solution to prevent an unintended restart.</b> The accessory solution PSENopt II lockout from the robust PSENopt II light curtain range includes a fixing device and corresponding swivel arm. <b>Managing unintended restart more efficiently</b> PSENopt II lockout can be assembled quickly: The fixing device is simply attached to the side of the light curtain. There is nothing complicated about the handling either: the swivel arm can be folded over in front of the light curtain’s field of vision as soon as the danger zone is accessed, for maintenance work for example. Additional safety is provided by a lock, which stops anyone readjusting the swivel arm. As its field of vision is forcibly interrupted, the light curtain no longer has an unobstructed view, so preventing a restart. This simple handling saves users time, which increases the availability of their plant or machine. <b>Safety light curtain solution as a complete package</b> The accessory PSENopt II lockout can be used with PSENopt II light curtains from Pilz. As the units are so robust, PSENopt II light curtains provide protection against shock, collision and vibration and so are also suitable for use in rugged industrial environments. PSENopt II offer finger, hand or body protection for applications up to PL e in accordance with EN/IEC 61496-1/-2 and are available in lengths of 150 mm to 1800 mm.
Neues Remote-I/O-Modul PDP67 PN - Flexibel dezentral automatisieren – Sicherheit inklusive
<b>Mit dem neuen Remote-I/O-Modul PDP67 PN erweitert Pilz sein Produktportfolio für dezentrale Anwendungen sowie Applikationen direkt im Feld. Durch seine robuste Bauweise mit Schutzklasse IP67 kann das Modul direkt an der Maschine installiert werden. Profinet/Profisafe-Schnittstelle und universelle Anschlüsse, die als Ein- oder als Ausgänge konfiguriert werden können, machen PDP67 PN besonders flexibel. Da nur eine Gerätevariante benötigt wird, sparen Anwender Platz und Kosten bei der Bevorratung. </b> <p>Dezentrale I/O-Systeme sind ein wichtiger Baustein für flexible und modulare Automatisierungslösungen. Ausgerüstet mit Schutzart IP67 und robustem Zinkdruckguss-Gehäuse ist das neue Remote-I/O-Modul PDP67 PN optimal für den Platz direkt an der Maschine geeignet. Es sorgt auch außerhalb des Schaltschranks bei Temperaturen von -30°C bis 70°C zuverlässig für Sicherheit. <p> <b>Platzsparend in jeder Hinsicht </b> Dank M12-Steckverbinder können Sensoren und Aktoren einfach und schnell mit dem PDP67-Modul verbunden werden. Die aufwändige Verdrahtung entfällt. Das spart nicht nur Zeit bei der Inbetriebnahme, Anwender profitieren auch von einer einfachen Erweiterung modularer Produktionsanlagen. Dank universeller Anschlüsse, die sowohl als Ein- oder als Ausgänge konfiguriert werden können, müssen Anwender nur eine Gerätevariante des PDP67 PN vorrätig halten. Damit spart das PDP67 PN zusätzlich Platz im Lager. <p> <b>Universell einsetzbar mit Profinet/Profisafe </b> Das neue Remote-I/O-Modul kann sowohl im Netzwerk des Remote-IO-Systems PSSuniversal 2 von Pilz aber auch in beliebigen anderen Profinet/Profisafe-Netzwerken integriert werden.
PSENmlock mini Stark in der Zuhaltung. Klein und einfach im Einbau
Mit ihrer kleinen Bauform von gerade mal 30x30x159 mm findet die Sicherheitszuhaltung PSENmlock mini auch in platzkritischen Anwendungen immer einen Platz. Sie managt Schutzeinrichtungen, wie beispielsweise Klappen und Hauben, über eine sichere Zuhaltung für Personenschutz-Anwendungen bis PL d, Kategorie 3. 1950 N Zuhaltekraft FZH mit der die „kleine“ Sicherheitszuhaltung auch höhere Kräfte zuverlässig absichert, sorgen für eine hohe Robustheit. Sie können PSENmlock mini mit nur zwei Schrauben einfach, schnell und sehr flexibel montieren, da der Betätiger von vorne, links oder rechts montiert werden kann.
PSENslock 2 für mehr Produktivität - Neue kleine robuste und starke Türwächter
Robuste Zuhaltung = Mehr Produktivität Für den Prozessschutz an Maschinen und Anlagen bietet Pilz in der Produktfamilie der Sicherheitsschalter mit magnetischer Zuhaltung PSENslock nun die neue Generation PSENslock 2 an. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine effiziente Prozesszuhaltung auch bei robusten Anforderungen aus: PSENslock 2 ist mit der Schutzart IP67 und IP6K9K unempfindlich gegenüber Staub und Wasser. Das hygienegerechtere Design lässt keine Ablagerung von Schmutz und Staub zu. Auftretende Toleranzen, durch Schutztürversatz oder Vibrationen, gleicht PSENslock 2 dank flexibel gelagerter Betätiger mit großen Kontaktflächen zuverlässig aus und gewährleistet so eine hohe Verfügbarkeit. Überdies stehen für hygienekritischere Anwendungen in der Verpackungsindustrie spezielle Varianten mit Edelstahl-Komponenten zur Verfügung. Zuverlässiges Power-Paket Sowohl einzeln als auch in Reihe ist PSENslock 2 für die Schutztür-Absicherung universell einsetzbar und bis zur höchsten Sicherheitskategorie PL e, Kat. 4 nach EN ISO 13849 ausgelegt. Die hohe Zuhaltekraft F1max von wahlweise 1.000 oder 2.000 N sowie der Manipulationsschutz des RFID-Sicherheitsschalters über frei wählbare Codierung (codiert, vollcodiert, unikat codiert) bieten dabei einen zuverlässigen Prozessschutz, da ungewollte Produktionsunterbrechungen verhindert werden. Das erhöht die Produktivität. Mit Hilfe des optional verfügbaren RFID-Tags lässt sich die Rastkraft schnell und einfach stufenweise einstellen, angepasst an die jeweilige Anlage und die Größe der Schutztür. Diese intelligente Sicherheitszuhaltung erhöht so die Flexibilität in der Konstruktions- und Montagephase.
