Our contract options enable us to offer you a customized service tailored to your needs

Under a response contract, we are available 24/7 in the event of defects. Your repair is given priority. Within four hours of receiving your defective part we will start the repair. With a response contract, you can reduce / minimize urgency fees.
With a spare parts agreement, we can ensure the availability of spare parts based on a provided list of your critical stock. The spare parts that you need can be delivered within 24 hours. For special rates, we can also provide a faster delivery. The parts will always be available immediately for the duration of the agreement. This means that you can minimize the costs involved in an unscheduled production standstill because of defective industrial electronics.
