The 23SY-Ei-UHP series pressure transmitters are designed for ultra-high purity (UHP) applications in semiconductor manufacturing. Manufactured according to current SEMI standards, the fully welded and electropolished construction eliminates the need for internal seals, minimizing the risk of contamination. The robust stainless steel construction ensures excellent long-term stability and reliable performance in demanding gas supply systems. Suitable for use in Zone 0 hazardous areas within gas supply and process systems in the semiconductor industry.
