Intelligent and individual axis coordination with the POS-324

The new POS-324-U-PFN expands upon the proven POS-124-U-PFN with intelligent axis coordination, individual script extensions, expanded PROFINET communication capabilities, and an integrated simulation mode.

In addition to the established synchronous control, which enables precise and synchronous movement of both axes on the same plane, the following new functions are available:

FlexiMod allows for the implementation of additional script-based functions. Furthermore, intelligent axis movement is now possible, enabling the simultaneous achievement of the desired target position for both axes, regardless of the path profile. Additionally, the application can be qualitatively tested in a simulation mode on the device. Finally, PROFINET communication is now expandable to 64 bytes.

Two axes positioning and synchronization control module withintegrated fieldbus interface SSI and analog sensor interface, selectable. With option for flexible function expansion (FlexiMOD).

Typical applications: Positioning control or synchronization control with hydraulic axes.
