The solution links serial numbers, batches, components, and process, measurement, and quality data to create a complete product history. Data is captured directly where it is generated—at machines, systems, PLCs, sensors, or manual workstations. Existing brownfield and third-party systems can also be integrated. This enables affected parts to be quickly identified in the event of faults or complaints, the causes of defects to be narrowed down, and quality records to be reliably maintained. connACT TRACE supports genealogy, approvals, rework, and analysis, and can integrate with existing ERP and MES systems.
