New VHV5 inline verifier from OMRON for real-time, ISO-compliant barcode quality control
OMRON has introduced the VHV5 inline verifier, a high-speed barcode verification system designed to verify 1D, 2D, and Direct Part Mark (DPM) codes directly on the production line.
In production and packaging environments, barcode quality directly affects traceability, compliance, and reliable scanning during internal handling, final assembly, distribution, and point-of-use. Inline verification enables manufacturers to evaluate code quality at the moment it is created, allowing printing or marking issues to be detected and corrected immediately.
