Beer has been brewed in the heart of the Black Forest for 900 years. I was able to experience exactly how this works during a historical brewery tour last autumn. The family business from the Black Forest still sticks to traditional recipes, regional ingredients and a passion for craftsmanship. And you can taste it too!
