Your responsibilities include: ▪ Determining requirements, procuring materials and services in the required quantities and on time ▪ Sourcing and maintaining relationships with suppliers both domestically and internationally ▪ Obtaining and evaluating quotes, taking into account quality, total costs, and delivery dates ▪ Analyzing and preparing data using ERP systems and Excel ▪ Maintaining optimal inventory levels ▪ Resolving delivery problems, bottlenecks, and technical issues ▪ Maintaining master data, tracking deadlines, and verifying prices and invoices ▪ Preparing and conducting independent price negotiations for framework agreements to achieve target prices and cost reduction goals (issuing orders or submitting them for decision within the scope of your signing authority) ▪ Identifying purchasing risks early and implementing appropriate measures ▪ Conducting market research within and outside the EU
