INSIDE SALES ENGINEER (M/W/D) LOCATION: DACHAU, BAYERN
YOUR TASKS • Sales and distribution of our products • Customer relationship management • Development of new customer relationships • Timely identification of business opportunities and customer support • Technical customer consulting and support primarily via web meetings and telephone • Support and participation in events and trade fairs • Occasional customer visits together with the sales force • Opportunity to transition to field sales OUR REQUIREMENTS • Electrical, electrotechnical, and mechanical knowledge gained through a completed apprenticeship or comparable qualification • Strong service orientation, especially in customer support • Proficient in MS Office • Fluent German: at least C2 level, both written and spoken • Good to very good English skills, both written and spoken, especially for report writing
