The Keyence IV4 AI camera checks position and quality in real time. Defective parts are ejected contactlessly after just 50 mm (incorrect position) or 300 mm (quality defect) using targeted bursts of air – good parts continue unimpeded. Rotary Tables for Buffering, Singulation, and Manual Removal: Rotary tables are versatile systems used in production automation for buffering, singulating, or manually removing workpieces. They offer an efficient solution for storing, separating, or preparing workpieces for further processing. The workpieces are picked up by a rotating, specially coated disc and precisely guided to the inside of the disc by the deflector at the disc's edge. This ensures high process speeds, as a free space is immediately available for the next workpiece after one is removed. Advantages of rotary tables: Reduced workpiece movement: The rotational speed can be individually adjusted to ensure minimal workpiece movement, thus enabling precise work processes. Efficient buffering and singulation: Ideal for singulating workpieces and efficient intermediate storage in production lines. Manual removal: The rotary table function allows workpieces to be removed and processed quickly and safely. Special standard features: Height adjustment via hydraulic feet: Enables flexible height adjustment to adapt to different production conditions. Quick-release flap: For fast removal and emptying of workpieces. Adjustable speed: The speed can be adjusted as needed to ensure optimal workpiece conveying. These systems ensure a continuous and efficient supply of materials and improve productivity through a constant material flow. Our belt hoppers are available both as fully integrated solutions in specially developed handling and assembly machines and as individual retrofit solutions for existing systems. The spiral conveyor not only enables the correct positioning of bulk materials, but its various customization options also allow it to meet your specific requirements, such as gentle, quiet, or fast sorting. It consists of two components (sorting bowl and drive) and is available in three different configurations: V-ZT, V-ST, and V-KT. Bowl diameters range from 100 to 850 mm, with custom sizes available upon request. Bowl and coating materials are selected based on the parts being sorted. Discharge options include single or multi-lane configurations.
