Sight Proc GmbH is an innovative company based in Weinstadt, Germany, which was founded in 2023.
We specialize in digital worker assistance solutions for manual workstations, assembly, order picking, quality inspections and final inspections. Our product, the assistant - developed, designed and made in Germany - is more than just an investment in quality assurance. It is a reliable reinforcement for your manual workstations and supports the core competencies of your company.
We offer customized products to ensure the highest quality and efficiency. Our solutions are used extremely successfully both in industry and in workshops for people with disabilities (WfbM).

Der Assistent fü alle Branchen - Von Fertigung über Kontrolle bis hin zu spezialisierten Anleitungen - Der Assistent ist Ihre All-in-One-Lösung. Der Assistent von Sight Proc steht hier als Lösung bereit. Der Assistent als verlässliche Werkerführung leitet nicht nur korrekt an und verhindert konsequent Fehler die bspw. aufgrund von Nachlässigkeit und/oder Variantenvielfalt auftreten, sondern behandelt Fehlmontagen prompt mit Korrekturanweisung und verriegelt so den einwandfreien Prozess hin zum fehlerfreien Resultat. Sie benötigen zudem eine Protokollierung? Auch Tracebility ist dem Werkerassistenzsystem von Sight Proc GmbH kein Fremdwort. Wer zusätzliche Tools, Systeme und/oder Geräte wie bspw. External camera for expanded inspection perspectives Expand your system with an additional, high-resolution 20-megapixel camera. Its flexible positioning allows for supplementary image inspections—for example, on the sides of your components—ensuring more comprehensive quality control. The camera can be seamlessly integrated into existing processes and is an ideal complement to the top view.
Modular System
Modular system – flexibly adaptable to individual requirements For special applications, we offer a modular system in which all components are available individually and can be integrated into the workplace on a case-by-case basis. The functionality corresponds to that of the complete system – including the projection of work instructions via laser beamer and image inspection with a high-resolution 20 MP camera. Optionally, the system can be expanded with a 3D camera to enable KLT recognition and the use of virtual controls.
