CABseal
Thanks to its properties and dimensions, the PFLITSCH CABseal cable entry is predestined for feeding pre-assembled and non-assembled cables into control cabinets, enclosures and machines. Assemble individually as you need it: With CABseal, all grommets can be freely positioned in the frames. The integrated elastomer seal seals the frame reliably up to IP 66 – no other seals are required. This naturally applies to both single and multiple grommets. To this end, their sizes and dimensions of the frames are compatible with the common standard cut-outs and hole patterns in control cabinets so that just a single CABseal frame is required per cut-out. We offer CABseal in four frame sizes with 4, 6, 8 or 10 grommet fields. The frame dimensions are based on the common standard cut-out dimensions of control cabinets, so that only one CABseal frame is required per cut-out. The CABseal is easy to equip and install in just a few steps – almost in the blink of an eye – saving you time and money. You don’t need any special tools to do so either, just an Allen key. UNI Dicht
With its multiplicity of types, the PFLITSCH cable gland system UNI Dicht fulfils all the EU requirements for line and cable entries. Whether solutions for EMC or explosion protection, multiple elbow and flange glands or combinations with corrugated tubes and protective conduits for safe, reliable cable protection – UNI Dicht cable glands have a practically unlimited range of applications. The UNI Dicht cable gland consists of a gland body and a corresponding sealing insert. The cable gland bodies are available in the metals brass, zinc, stainless steel and aluminium as well as the plastics PVDF and polycarbonate. We manufacture the sealing inserts for the UNI Dicht system from the high-quality materials TPE, TPE-V and silicone, which are resistant to chemicals, improve strain relief and meet high ingress protection ratings up to IP 68 (10 bar) and IP 69 as standard. Simply put together your individual, application-specific cable gland and choose from a wide range of specific criteria such as connection thread, bending protection, increased strain relief, elbow glands, flat cable sealing, etc.

UNI Dicht TRI
EMC cable glands must combine several properties: they should not only reliably eliminate electromagnetic interference fields, but also undesirably high shield currents. In order to be able to use them in limited installation space, compact dimensions are required. A large sealing range is ideal so that the user only has to stock a few variants to reliably seal the cable diameters used. In addition, the components should be time- and cost-saving as well as safe to assemble. These requirements are met by the new UNI Dicht TRI, which complements the extensive range of EMC solutions. The advantages of high-quality EMC contacting via TRI spring - known from the blueglobe series - are combined here with the compactness and individuality of the proven UNI Dicht modular system. For the user, this means that the cable gland is particularly easy to install, as the TRI spring allows the cable to be easily corrected during installation. In addition, the UNI Dicht multiple TRI product variant is the only EMC cable gland available on the market that allows the insertion of several shielded cables and the reliable contacting of each individual cable with separate triangle springs.

MultiCut
Can be adapted perfectly to your wishes The all-rounder among our machines. Regardless of whether it’s driven by a manual drive, an manual hydraulic drive or a mains-operated or battery-powered hydraulic unit, the MultiCut is very easy to use. What’s really clever about the MultiCut is that it enables different cutting contours to be incorporated into one cutting plate, which means that it’s no longer necessary to swap the plate when you have to cut a different type of trunking. MaxiCut
As the name suggests, the MaxiCut is designed for maximum output, i.e. for cutting large quantities of cable trunking. In order to still be able to work with ease, it is equipped with a powerful hydraulic unit, durable cutting plates and a special workbench with work bench. This guarantees consistently high-quality work results, even when the machine is constantly in use. EMC Solutions
Thanks to its many years of expertise, PFLITSCH has a unique range of EMC solutions for every need. This gives you the key to maximum EMC safety for your systems. And at the same time you have your costs under control. On the one hand, this is due to outstanding specific properties such as above-average shielding effectiveness and high current carrying capacity. And on the other hand, cost-cutting factors such as simple and quick installation, which saves time and money.

blueglobe
Very large sealing ranges, highest density, very good strain relief and a unique marking - these are the features of the blueglobe. The core element of the blueglobe cable gland is the blue spherical sealing insert. Its innovative geometry achieves strain relief values that far exceed the normative requirements. With regard to protection against dust and water, PFLITSCH sets new standards with IP 68 up to 15 bar for a duration of one hour. In addition, the blueglobe cable gland passes the IP 69 water jet test. The moulded-on inlets extend the sealing ranges of a nominal size by 100 % in some cases. Three types (M16, M25 and M40) are sufficient to securely seal all cable diameters from 4 mm to 32 mm. Conventional cable glands require up to five sizes for this. When the pressure screw is tightened, the captive blueglobe sealing insert concentrates the sum of the forces optimally on the cable being fed through and encloses it over a large area. The optimised force distribution reliably prevents the notch effect that occurs with lamella systems. Damage to the cable sheath is impossible with the blueglobe sealing principle.

Wire-tray trunking
The Wire-tray trunking from PFLITSCH is the ideal solution for routing cables and conduits clearly. Its open design makes it easy to clean and is therefore particularly suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. But the use of the Wire-tray trunking is also ideal when sufficient ventilation or permanent access to the laid cables and conduits is required. Overall, this solution is characterised by a high degree of flexibility and simple installation.

Industrial trunking
Industrial-Trunking from PFLITSCH is the optimum mechanical all-round protection for cables and conduits that have to be routed between the control cabinet and peripherals in machine and plant construction. With over 100 moulded parts and 6 cross-sections, any route can be realised. The extensive range is complemented by accessories such as edge protectors, cover protectors, holders, partitions and variable components. The industrial trunking thus gives the customer maximum flexibility in designing his route. The trunking components made of coated sheet steel or stainless steel can also be custom-painted on request. A special variant for floor installation is available for the industrial trunking (walkable with step loads up to 1200 N).

UNI Split Gland
The UNI Split Gland series supplements the PFLITSCH product range with splittable cable glands made of plastic and metal. The divisibility of the cable gland not only enables the installation of preassembled cables, it also offers the advantage of being able to re-install cables as required - without having to dismantle preassembled cables and without interrupting ongoing production. The installation of the UNI Split Gland is quick and easy thanks to the few components. Both the gland body and the pressure screw consist of two halves. The sealing inserts are slotted at the sides and thus enable the insertion of assembled cables. The highlight of the UNI Split Gland: Due to the division of the gland body, the entire bore diameter can be used for the feed-through of already pre-assembled connectors. The UNI Split Gland is based on the UNI sealing principle and thus ensures a secure sealing of the cables without irreparably constricting them. The corresponding TPE-V sealing inserts from the UNI Dicht range - from closed to multiple sealing inserts - can be inserted into the split cable gland and realise a large sealing area. The UNI Split Gland made of polycarbonate or die-cast zinc also scores points with strain relief according to EN 62444 and an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +80 °C.

UNI Flange
How do you route assembled cables through standard hole cut-outs for 24-pole connectors and seal them securely? PFLITSCH has developed a solution for this: the splittable UNI FLANSCH. The UNI FLANSCH is the only splittable flange solution based on the sealing principle of a cable gland. This flange solution combines the properties of the UNI Dicht system with the advantages of a splittable frame plate and splittable pressure screws. The UNI FLANSCH is available in plastic and metal. The metal version has been designed for use in harsh industrial environments (UNI FLANSCH HD - Heavy Duty). With the UNI FLANSCH and UNI FLANSCH, PFLITSCH has a unique product solution for the simple and safe assembly of assembled cables and conductors. Repairs, maintenance or retrofitting are also no problem with the completely splittable systems. No disconnecting of cables or dismantling of connectors is necessary. The splittable flange systems can be mounted around the cables. This enables easy retrofitting, servicing and maintenance without interrupting production. Three double nipples are integrated into the splittable frame plate made of PA plastic or zinc die-cast, into which more than 100 different sealing inserts from the UNI Dicht system can be inserted. The sealing inserts - made of TPE-V - guide cable cross-sections from 2.0 mm to 20.5 mm safely into or out of the enclosure. The soft crimping prevents the cable from being pinched, which would severely damage the cable sheath. This sealing principle also ensures the high strain relief class A according to EN 62444. The sealing inserts as well as the all-round seal on the frame plate prevent the ingress of dust and jet water and thus achieve protection class IP 66 and Type 4 or Type 4X. The two flange versions offer all these advantages at operating temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C.

Hygienic Design Solutions
The coordinated range of hygienic design solutions from PFLITSCH supports safe and reproducible production processes in the food and pharmaceutical industries. At the same time, it contributes to increased efficiency. For this purpose, the solutions for cable routing, cable feed-through and cable protection are designed for easy cleanability as well as process-safe, time and cost-saving installation.

Ex cable glands
The use in hazardous areas places high demands on the components installed there. For this reason, PFLITSCH offers a comprehensive range of cable glands that covers a wide variety of requirements and aspects. All cable glands are certified in accordance with the current ATEX directive (ATEX=Atmosphère explosive) for the application areas G (Gas) and D (Dust) in equipment class II and in the ignition protection types e (increased safety) and d (flameproof enclosure). Different versions are available if special protection against electromagnetic interference or a hygiene-compliant design is also required.

MiniCut
Low input with a big impact The ideal solution for mobile use – thanks to its compact design and practical carry handles. The manual drive guarantees easy work with little physical effort. For maximum convenience when cutting trunking, you can convert the MiniCut to the manual hydraulic drive or mains-operated hydraulic unit. Component Assemblies
Optimised production processes and time savings thanks to the assembly service from PFLITSCH. The use of ready-assembled assemblies is ideal for recurring requirements for unchanging track layouts. In this way, customers receive ready-to-install trunking systems at a fixed price and thus have costs and under control. If desired, PFLITSCH will accompany the customer through the entire process from planning to project planning. Alternatively, the customer can also implement the desired route with the easyRoute planning tool. In the end, the finished assembly is delivered on the agreed date. Even special solutions - such as individual cut-outs, fastening parts or paintwork - can be realised with the assembly service.
