IO-Link master: Connection of sensors to the PLC and to the IT world
IO-Link master for the automation and IT world The decentralized IO-Link master modules serve as a gateway between intelligent IO-Link sensors and the fieldbus. Furthermore, the important information from the intelligent sensors can also be sent to the IT world in parallel. With a separate IoT Ethernet socket, the IT network can be set up completely separately from the automation network. The sensor information reaches the IT world via the established TCP/IP JSON interface. - Industry 4.0 ready thanks to the new IoT core - Separation between automation and IT network - 4 or 8 IO-Link ports with full V1.1 functionality - PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCat, Modbus TCP, TCP/IP JSON or Powerlink - Master and device configurable with the LR DEVICE software

IO-Link: worldwide open communication standard
Higher performance with less effort IO-Link sensors from ifm open up completely new options for the user. From simple and quick commissioning, to additional information available for machine monitoring, to transparency from the machine to the ERP: IO-Link offers a convincing increase in efficiency and cost savings in every respect. See for yourself!

Vision systems
▶ O3R platform for central information processing ▶ Great flexibility thanks to the variety of variants ▶ Latest time-of-flight imager with high ambient light stability ▶ Synchronization of multiple camera heads for all-round coverage ▶ Standardized SDKs for Docker architecture as well as Python, C++, CUDA and ROS

Condition Monitoring
Condition monitoring. Increase availability, reduce maintenance costs, ensure quality. Why condition monitoring? Condition-oriented monitoring enables early detection of emerging machine damage. This makes maintenance measures easier to plan and the remaining service life of important components is used optimally. Vibrations that have an impact on quality can be detected automatically in order to avoid rejects. Counters can be used to determine production parameters (operating production hours, good/bad parts, reject rate, etc.) and factors influencing component life (shocks, exposure time to increased amplitudes, temperature, power, speed, etc.). The solution with efector octavis. efector octavis is a vibration monitoring system that not only records vibration data, but also carries out signal analysis and machine diagnostics on the machine. The machine status is determined on site and transferred to the control or management level via alarms or as status values. In addition, the trend for each diagnostic feature is stored in the integrated history memory.

IIoT Software
moneo, the software for industry and manufacturing moneo has a modular structure and consists of basic software and applications, for example for condition monitoring or for parameterizing IO-Link sensors. This makes it possible to put together a tailor-made software package for every individual requirement. The moneo trial version offers a simple start to digitalization, with which you can test it for 30 days without obligation. Data collected from the test period remains available without restriction after purchasing the license for the full version.
