We are a powerful and independent research and development institute for mechanical and plant engineering, which is proactively active on a non-profit basis. Our dedicated and creative employees succeed in an interdisciplinary way to bring great ideas into the production halls and to develop them for the transport of people and goods. We drive the sustainable and economic utilization of the implemented ideas.
Our performance strength arises from our superposition between research and commercial enterprise. We are well networked in the German research landscape. We are valued as a reliable and independent partner that is close to industry, application-oriented and strong in implementation. Our employees are trained in a wide range of engineering disciplines, thus ensuring the high quality of our work. Our partners are mainly small and medium-sized industrial companies.

Bin-Picking-Modular
Mit unserem System „Bin-Picking-Modular“ erreichen wir größtmögliche Flexibilität und Produktivität für die roboter-automatisierte Bauteilvereinzelung mittels „Griff in die Kiste“. Dabei kombinieren wir hochleistungsfähige und zuverlässige Objekterkennungssysteme von Keyence. Wir setzen unser Know-How in der Robotik ein, um ein Höchstmaß an Bedienkomfort, Sicherheit und Performance zu garantieren. Der Integrierbarkeit unseres Systems „Bin-Picking-Modular“ in Ihre Anlagen und Prozesse sind dabei kaum Grenzen gesetzt.
Modular adhesive dispensing system
With our system we achieve the greatest possible flexibility and productivity for robot-automated 1K and 2K adhesive dispensing applications. We combine powerful, precise dosing and mixing technology with needs-based actuators. Thanks to our know-how in robotics, we achieve the highest level of operating comfort, safety and performance.
Innovative Siegmund welding cell
The innovative Siegmund welding cell is equipped with two Kawasaki industrial welding robots and a positioner.
TaskEye Robot
Our automation solution enables autonomous machine operation – without any adjustments to the existing control system or interference with the safety mechanisms.
