fünfeinhalb presents BlitzFunk: the new real-time WLAN for control & safety.
fünfeinhalb Funksysteme GmbH was founded in 2023 by four Ph.D. candidates at TU Dresden after several years of research into reliable wireless communications. The technology has been prototypically evaluated starting mid-2023. BlitzFunk is available as CE-certified product since the end of 2024, and since 2025 also for 6 GHz. Serial production began in early 2025, and the product is now available in large quantities.
