EUCHNER GmbH + Co. KG in Leinfelden, near Stuttgart, is an international family business with more than 900 employees worldwide. 20 subsidiaries cover the world along with 22 sales offices. The company is managed by Stefan Euchner.
Safeguarding people, machines and processes is the main focus of EUCHNER’s activities today. EUCHNER safety switches and safety systems monitor safety doors and flaps on machines and installations, help to minimize dangers and risks, and thereby reliably protect people and processes. EUCHNER also has a broad range of products for the man-machine interface and switchgear for automation. Besides the safety switches, EUCHNER offers its customer a wide range of position switches, joysticks, handheld pendant station and electronical access management systems. Transponder-coded safety switches with guard locking
The transponder-coded safety systems from EUCHNER are modern interlocking devices or guard locking devices of type 4 for the protection of persons, machines and processes. They are based on non-contact transponder technology (RFID) and consist of a coded actuator, a read head and evaluation electronics. In some systems, the read head and evaluation electronics form a self-contained unit. All safety functions are combined in a single component here (internal evaluation). With external evaluation, the actuator is read via a separate read head connected to an evaluation unit in the control cabinet. Multifuntional Gate Box MGB2
The MGB2 system couldn’t be more versatile. As a modular system, it can be equipped with various functions as needed. This is possible thanks to the individual submodules, which feature diverse controls and indicators ranging from emergency stop buttons, key-operated rotary switches and selector switches to the CKS2 safe key system. You’re sure to find everything you need to meet all your door locking system’s requirements. The submodules for installation in the locking module or expansion module slots can be configured in any combination. A single submodule can hold up to three controls or indicators or can be used to connect additional safety switches. You can replace submodules quickly or add more as needed. We would be glad to create a submodule tailored to your specific requirements.
