DELTEC IoT-Kit
Many of our customers in the field of measurement, control and regulation technology are faced with the challenge of networking their numerous devices and system components, collecting data, acting more effectively and making better decisions. At DELTEC electronics, projects in the areas of Smart Maintenance, Smart Energy, Smart City and Smart Medical are developed and manufactured for established industrial companies as well as for innovative start-ups. Our focus is on data collection, edge computing and communication. We offer advice on ideas and business cases, develop individual hardware or recommend standard products.
Gehirndruck-Messgerät
As part of this project, DELTEC was successfully certified according to the medical standard ISO 13485:2016. Prototypes and series production were successfully audited by the customer. This project combines the competencies in printed circuit board assembly, cable assembly and device construction and underlines the development to become a system supplier. - Project duration including prototyping and certification approx. 12 months - Serial production: since 2020 with approx. 200 pcs. p. a.
Last Mile Unit
The Last Mile Unit is specifically used to record test mail items in recipients' mailboxes as part of transit time measurements. Together with the customer, we were able to industrialize the laboratory routine and transfer it to series production in a very short time. The customer was thus again able to concentrate on his core business, i.e. the development and marketing of his actual products and services. - Development time including prototyping: approx. 6 months - Series production of the complete control unit: 2019 with approx. 100 pcs. a.
Datalogging-Unit
The data logging unit determines load data on vehicles while they are in use in order to be able to optimize the parts, components or units used in the vehicles. The customer can then evaluate the data using his software solution. - Development time including prototyping: approx. 9 months - Series production of the complete control unit since 2019 with approx. 500 pieces p.a.
Smart-Grid-Controller
With this device, the customer is able to install and operate a virtual power plant with higher-level energy management. Development time including prototyping approx. 6 months Series production of the complete control unit since 2019 with approx. 500 pieces p.a.
Redesign Steuerbaugruppe
Redesign of a control assembly with the goals of reducing variants, higher integration, outsourcing and significant cost reductions. The customer's planned target price has been reached. By outsourcing wiring, device construction and testing, the customer achieved savings in direct costs and other resources (logistics, space, production capacities). The savings potential amounts to a high six-digit amount per year. - Project duration including prototyping: approx. 6 months - Serial production: 20,000 pcs. p. a.
Steuereinheit Brandschutz
Redesign of the existing fire protection solution for control cabinet lines Development and production of a "mini version" including functional downgrade at lower production costs. - Development time including prototyping: 2 months - Series production since 2021 with approx. 150 pieces p.a.
Kabel
Production of various cables, molded cables and cable sets according to customer requirements.
Steuerungseinschub
Prototype construction and manufacture of a control unit and various HV cable sets for mobile test and diagnostic systems to assess the condition of medium-voltage cables with regard to weak points - Series production since 2015 with approx. 800 pieces p.a.
