Discover the new CANEO series. The new HMI Standard of capacitive switches offer innovative design with the option to freely configure all function parameters via IO-Link, that includes switch sensitivity, actuation types, the minimum actuation time and the fluorescent color. As a result, CANEO series10 switches can be flexibly integrated into connected environments, offering major benefits for all HMI applications in food and beverage, industrial automation, mechanical engineering, robotics and building technology industries. Two-hand Control

Safe operation of machines and systems. CAPTRON is the pioneer of the first capacitive two-hand control with safety category 4 (PLe according to EN ISO 13849-1). The safeCAP series offers maximum safety when operating machines with a high risk of injury - e.g. presses or punches. Force-free operation - noticeable relief in everyday life The capacitive buttons respond absolutely reliably to touch - even when wearing disposable or work gloves. This ensures ergonomic operation that is easy on the joints, especially with frequent repetition. Extremely durable - no failures, no replacement necessary The switches are fully encapsulated and resistant to water, oil, dust and impact. The capacitive technology is wear-free - ideal for continuous use. Maintenance benefits from permanently reliable function without the need for regular replacement.

Automatic TCP calibration

CAPTRON's laser sensors are very robust, durable and reliable. They detect metallic and non-metallic objects from a size of 0.05 mm with extreme precision. In addition to laser light barriers with fork widths from 20 mm to 220 mm, CAPTRON also offers Tool Center Point (TCP) laser measurement devices for the exact measurement and calibration of robots. The wide range of available designs and sizes are specially adapted to the requirements in automation, robotics and assembly. For particularly rough and adverse environments special equipment are available, for example with integrated air system and protective shroud.
