Internal rotor motors with gear - customized drive solutions
With Ketterer BLDC drives, you get a customized drive solution that is perfectly tailored to your needs. Our motors can be easily combined with a variety of components such as diff erent types of gearboxes, encoders and drive controllers to create individual solutions that meet your exact requirements. For applications where a rotary motion is to be converted into a linear motion, we off er drive systems with lead screws - both as through-spindle and with matching spindle nut.

Worm gears from Ketterer – Compact and resilient
Ketterer produces the worm wheels for the worm gear itself, drawing on expert knowledge and many years of experience in the field of gear technology. Ketterer offers worm gears in several product families and variants. The standard range includes worm gears with ratios from 1:1 to 65:1. At high ratios, these are self-locking. A worm gear is used wherever high reduction ratios are required.

Angular gear Ket-Bee - Durable and powerful
Different bevel gearbox families consisting of 4-10 sizes for versatile use as an angular gearbox. Ketterer produces the bevel gears itself, drawing on expert knowledge and many years of experience in the field of gear technology. Special bevel gear teeth ensure smooth running of the gears, allowing them to be used even in noise-sensitive environments. The gearbox are characterised by a compact design with maximum torque, sturdiness and smooth power transmission. The uncomplicated mounting is made possible by a simple screw fixing.

Lifter KET-LIFT4BOX
KET-LIFT4BOX is suitable for heavy loads in demanding environments. Thanks to its automatic, electric lifting function, it contributes to employee relief and shortened reach distances. - Suitable for front loading up to 200 kg - Ergonomic working thanks to stepless electrical container positioning by hand switch or via automatic operation with optical sensors - Any working height adjustable - High stability thanks to solid base plate, which can be fixed to the ground via holes if required - Transport rollers and safe handles for mobile use - Maintenance-free Automatic operation: IIn automatic mode, KET-LIFT4BOX takes over the lifting and lowering of loads fully automatically, making everyday work easier. The working position can be adjusted effortlessly and without tools using optical sensors. As soon as a box is removed from the stack, the KET-LIFT4BOX skillfully raises the next box exactly to the previous level, ensuring a continuous working surface. On the other hand, when a crate is added to the stack, the KET-LIFT4BOX lowers it precisely to the previously set level, enabling optimized material provision.

Outrunner wheel hub motors
The Ketterer i-Wheel 3213 wheel hub drives have been specially developed for use in Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). They are designed as direct drives that are completely integrated in the wheel and therefore need nei-ther an additional gearbox nor an extra motor. An extremely flat design combined with a high power density allows an application with very tight installation spaces. The compact all-in-one solution not only impresses due to its benefits in terms of space requirements but also thanks to the fact it is maintenance-free and has a service life many times longer than systems equiped with a gearbox. The i-Wheel 3213 series consists of three high-performance wheel hub drives, which can reach torques up to 34 Nm and speeds up to 27 km/h.

Motor drives – Compact power packages
Ketterer motor drives consist of a 24 V DC motor and a worm gear. The motor drives the entire system. The worm gear is needed to convert the torque and speed of the motor according to your requirements. In combination with a spindle, linear motion is generated from the rotating motion of the DC motor. The movement is limited to the length of the spindle. The spindle can be connected in two ways. If the spindle is connected as a through-going spindle, the motor drive moves freely on the spindle axis. If the spindle is permanently attached, the motor drive is rigidly installed in the system. Thanks to their compact design and smooth operation, Ketterer motor drives can be used universally. Together with a Ketterer controller, motor drives can be used to put together complete drive systems that meet the most individual requirements.
