Process control and monitoring systems for research and industry
Make the processes in your production or research facility visible! AMC offers you support in the planning and implementation of high-availability process control systems. Several such systems have been successfully implemented so far. Use cases are long-term tests in research facilities or the visualization of continuous production processes in industrial facilities. AMC installed turnkey complete systems using high-availability PLC technology in connection with redundant server technology with central cluster-shared storage. Furthermore, with the help of decentralized peripherals, special sensors and actuators of vacuum and cryogenics were integrated into the process control and data acquisition. The visualization of the process control was carried out using the most modern, web-based technologies, which were adapted to customer requirements. Compact data acquisition gateways for Edge IIoT applications in the area of machine and system monitoring
In the industrial IoT era, the requirements for connecting devices are becoming ever more diverse and complex. AMC offers with the gateway software “WISE PaaS / EdgeLink” and the Edge IIoT gateways as DAQ gateways (eg ADAM-3600 & WISE-710) and / or the protocol gateway converters (eg models from the ECU-1000 and UNO Series) offers a solution for the acquisition of machine data and system data via standard protocols. The new ADAM-6300 series answers this challenge with support for OPC UA and Modbus/TCP. OPC UA, short for Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture, is an open standard that the ADAM-6300 series remote I/O modules support.
